Create a Primary Key field from a Make Table Query

I am running a Make Table query that is creating a table without a primary key. None of the fields in the new table can be used as a primary key because all of the fields could potentially not have a unique value.

My question is: Can a new field be defined in the make table query that will create a primary key with autonumber? If so, what would be the code to create that field? thanks much

Actually, I think what I am going to do instead of using a make table query is to utilize an established table with PK and then run a combination of delete query and append query which should do what I am looking for. Thanks for looking.
