Combining multiple tables and including all records

Hope someone here can shed some light on the issue I am having.

My text description was too long to allow mw to post so I included everything in an attachment.

Basically, I am trying to combine 3 tables into one where only one table contains all of the data rows. I cannot seem to get a final table that includes all records!!

I truly do appreciate any help that can be offered.

Try right clicking on the join line between tables to edit it. The correct choice should be obvious. In SQL view it will change INNER to LEFT or RIGHT as appropriate.

Do yourself a favor and fix the object naming problems.

    Some suggestions:
Use only letters and numbers (exception is the underscore) for object names. (You have hyphens in object names - suggest changing them to the underscore)
Do not use spaces, punctuation or special characters in object names. (You have spaces in object names)
Do not begin an object name with a number. (It appears you have objects (table/query) that begin with a number ex: "1-job-contrib Query")
Do not use Look up FIELDS, multi-Value fields or Calculated fields in tables.

It looks like your query is an Append query (to Q-Project Hours??). It would be helpful to see the query SQL.

Thank you all for the quick replies. I was able to get it with a combination of the correct "Joins" on the tables as well as some iif statements looking for null values.

Admittedly, I do have some spaces in my names, however many of those are coming directly from our ERP system (Progress Database). I am linking the Progress tables into Access so I can write some custom reports and labor tracking.
