    June - Yes, each UZA can have multiple apportionments. The "code" was initially meant to be another institutional identifier for an UZA - it hasn't really been setup yet.

    Mike - That's it!! What in the world was I missing here? I can see that there are now dropdowns in Tbl_UZA (+)? Other than that, the form looks pretty darn close to what I had. I'm still learning so any explanation on what I was doing wrong would be great. Thanks, again!

    Hi

    What you have is a standard Main Form / Subform setup

    Main Form based on Main Table
    Subform based on Related table

    Linked using UZAID

    Added a Combobox in the Header of the Form to look for a specific Record.
