Question Report omits shading depending on printer

I have a simple report that has some background shading to differentiate between columns of data. (The background is controlled by 'Back Color' in the properties, 'Back Style' is set to Normal.) It also has 2 columns of darker, almost black shading with a white type font.

The shading is absent when printed on my office printer but clearly visible on Print Preview. This leaves the 2 darker columns of data invisible as the result is white font on a white background.

When I send the report to an alternate printer it works perfectly and so I put it down to a bad printer or low ink, but now some of my users in different locations using different printers are reporting the same issue. I've tried a number of different settings in the printer properties without success.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

5 minutes after posting this a colleague has answered it! It's a Windows 10/Printer drivers issue. Installed the old Windows 8.0 driver and problem solved
