Multiple in text box to populate a table

I've reviewed several threads and I think this can be done. I'm inexperience in SQL and I know there is coding involved in doing this task so I'm hoping someone can dummy it down for me.

I've attached a sample of my database. This is what I want to do:

In the Fm_Contact_Details there is a button that open up another form with two lists, Programs & Entities. The user selects multiple data in each list and the relevant data populates the ContactPrograms and ContactEnities fields as a string (i.e. SO, FSA, TCM) & (GSA, ISC). These fields are connected to the Tbl_Contacts.

I'm probably making this more complicated than it should be but I'd appreciate any help.

That's exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much for writing the code.

    Have a blessed day!
