When I convert a form to Continuous, how do I put table headings in the header?

as per the title, I can't work out how to make a table do the split header/body thing that a continuous form does when you create it with a table selected?

    Thanks

Not sure what you are asking?

Do you want to put the field names in the form header? If so, right click on the "Detail" section (not on any control) and click on "Form Header/footer" from the menu that appears.
