Hpw can I prevent creating new record in next row in a single form?

    Hello Everyone,

I would like to restrict the single form with only one row record for users. However when anybody push the tab button, MS Access creates a new empty form for second record entry, even though I set the "Tab stop" of the fields as "No".

    Thanks for any help.

Does setting the Allow Additions property to No do what you want? Another option is the Cycle property.

    Hi pbaldy,

Thanks a lot. I didnt know the cycle property. İt is exactly what I look for. Choosing the current record solved my problem.
