VBA Code To Turn Off All Access Building Functions / Ribbons / Menus

    Hi All

Just wondering if someone has a simple VBA code that "deploys" a Access front-end for use by end users?

In this I mean turn off all the display tabs / navigation / ribbons / menus etc so that when opened the Access front-end looks like a standalone program without all the usual Access user interface.

I can do this manually with the options menu etc but just wondering if I could run a catch all VBA procedure instead, as it's a bit tedious to do each time.

    Cheers

You can't do all of that from the Options menu. I have code that does all of that (and more). Have a look at the example databases that accompany these two articles on my website:

Runtime does remove some items such as the navigation pane and most ribbon items.
It doesn't remove the File menu items or the application interface.

Anyone who has the full version would see the nav pane and all ribbon items.

That's fine. Use whichever parts you want.
