Problems with data structure in Query or report?

I have a query from our ERP system that pulls direct (job) charges as well as indirect (holiday, vacation, meetings, etc...). The query looks good, at least in my mind. I have columns that look like the attachment.
The issue I am having in my report is that I because of how I have the data structured, I am having difficulties reporting the data correctly. When I have a direct charge, I get the correct hours. When I have an indirect charge, I get the hours but cannot get the correct "code" (Attached Image). I can bring ALL codes into the report, but can't figure out how to turn visibility off on the 0 values.

Is there a better way or how would you go about this?

    Regards,

    Matthew

I'm not seeing the point of your attachment when it contains nothing but zeros and it's not clear what significance it has. It would be enough to copy and paste those cells into your post rather than having to download and unzip that, I think. If your report is based on a query, does it not show a charge value when INDIRECT is not 0? Is there a query calculated field involved and is it written correctly? You might have to post a zipped db copy or at least the query sql in order to get any focused responses as there's not much here to go on.
