Question Need help editing an action or macro

    Hi Folks:

I have a question about editing an action (macro?) from a project that was developed years ago.
The action is set to export a .csv file when the form is closed to a .csv file on the "R" drive.

The problem is that now it needs to export the .csv to the "D" drive and I can't figure out how to change the destination from R to D.

I have attached a copy of the accdb file in a zip file. Any help is appreciated.... It's been many years since I've worked with Access' actions/macros.

    The error:

    The Action:

The Button the Action (macro?) is on:

Lot's of Google results about editing import specification. You could try them or the easiest might be to recreate the import. Here's just one.

If this happened because file(s) got moved there's not much you can do to prevent it. If the problem is because a user has the exact same folder mapping but their drive letter is different, then it's better to use UNC paths where possible, instead of drive volume labels (e.g. D, E, F and so on).

    Hi Micron:

The action or macro is exporting the data from one of the tables to a .csv file and saving it to the "R" drive on our older tablets. We can no longer use the "R" drive and need the action/macro changed so it will save to the D drive instead. I just can figure out how to do it.
