Parameter query not accepting values from a form.

I designed and built a database and all queries, macros and reports have worked as designed for months. I am the only user. Out of the blue I have a parameter query that is no longer producing any results. I made no changes to any report, form, or query. The parameter query gets its field values from text boxes on a form. Up until today the query ran as designed. Starting today the query no longer produces any results. I’ve attached some screen shotes of the error messages and circumstances. See the attachment for screen shots and detail information. Any help is appreciated. (I can't post the database)

you should have supplied the actual database, so now we have to guess.
The OBJECT error means you lost a link to an access control.

Usually when a PC gets an upgrade , microsoft looses references, like the Calendar, or tree control. (old unsupported objects)
or old reference to Office products like old excel when you upgrade office.
Thus nothing will work until removed or fixed.

enter VBE, (alt-F11), menu, tools, references,
look for the object checked yet says MISSING.
uncheck it, then find the newer version.

Now that you mention it I did have a Win 10 Update. Could that have caused this?
I checked the references like you suggested and only 4 are checked and none show 'MISSING'.
I checked some other databases I have with parameter queries that are running as designed and compared the checked items in those to the problem database. I found one item checked in the problem database that is not checked in other databases. I unchecked that item and tested the results. All queries seem to be running as expected.

It could be one of the controls mSoft dropped and no longer supports. We get those error now when we upgrade.
