    Hi

Look at the Relationships between the Main Form and the details tables.

I have Colour Coded the related Primary key & Foreign Keys in Green

Whenever you add a record to the Subform the Foreign key gets populated automatically by Access.

You do not need a Job Number in the main Form

There is no need to use a Click Event to add a related record to the Subform

The main Form displays the Customer details

The Sub form contains the related details of Job Number and process used

Why do you need a Click Event. Please explain what you are trying to achieve.

Actually there are alot of processes that i want to choose on option button means

if i choose process 1 so, there will be different records and process 2 has different records 3, 4, 5 has different which i want to take dynamically by choosing option button so, all the processes will be stored on my current record that helps me alot to feed records easily then i have to make plain dates, start dates and end dates will be created by vba that i want to create on clicking by button....
