I apologize for the delayed response.
All in all, the assistance and responses/answers to my original question were superb and make this post one of my favorite ones in this forum.
As you know, this thread has been somewhat lengthy (4 pages) but every single comment/example has been truly insightful. I taken plenty of "notes" and saved all examples (in chronological order) into my toolbox.
I will share the query output w/ the team members and we will select the most apppropriate solution. From my perspective, it is rare to have so many solutions/variations for the same underlying question/problem.
