    Mutiple screens

    Hi,

Is it possible in access where on the screen of the coordinator a list of names is shown and the coordinator selects 1 name, the information about this selected name is shown on another screen.

    Tx

    Regards

    Michel

Yes. Standard forms will open on the screen showing the Access application interface.
You can save it in the location you want it to open or use DoCmd.MoveSize command to specify a position e.. DoCmd.MoveSize 1000, 500 where the First number is the horizontal distance from the left and the second the distance down from the top. Both values in pixels where 1cm=567 pixels approx.

If you use a popup form for one of these it can be shown on the opposite monitor
