    Table entry verification

Working on a project for work and have all the data entry forms ans tables done. The problem is i how im designing the database is i dont want anyone to see the tables but management still needs to know if it gets done. Is their a way were if you complete an entry that on another form says its been done and it has to be between specific times

short answer is yes it can be done in principle

how it gets done depends on your setup. provide more information -

what does 'it gets done' mean,
what does 'it has to be between specific times' mean?
    is the application split?
how many 'its' a day? etc

I work at a food company. Every shift we do a pre op and a sanitation in each of the 4 rooms. Their is an am and pm shift. Right now we have a paper form for the pre op and one for the sanitation for each shift. Us supervisors can just go to those forms and see if they have been completed. I want a way to see if they complete the form on the database. For that shift

so why not just have a form or report in your app to display the data for the relevant date/shift/room?
