    Display of multiple field values

I have developed a data base with 3 related tables. The primary data table has one field that allows multiple entries such as Key words. I'm trying to create an entry correction form. By entering a data file name I can recreate the full set of data items. However, the Multiple entry field will only display the first of the multiple entries. The entries are separated by a comma and there may be as many as 6 entries. How can I set the properties to display all of the multiple entries currently stored.

Sounds like a multi-value field. Advise not to use MVF.

I am not understanding what 'by entering a data file name' means. Enter where? Recreate where and how? Exactly how do you correct entry?

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
