which are you moving to: sharepoint or sql server?

if sql server, hire an expert to setup your tables. once done you can manage on your own.

Hi, actually i mentioned “sharepoint” as concept not as a branded service, if sql is complicated for Access developer i would request your advice if there is any other solution

SQL Azure is certainly worth looking at, and is relatively inexpensive depending on the amount of processing power and storage you need.

Sharepoint lists are not very easy to work with compared to a traditional proper RDMS, and Access has no problem talking to Azure SQL Server.
If you do decide to make the move ,make sure that you understand and can adapt your Access front end to make efficient use of a SQL backend.
