Query coding is English; user set up is French

Hi there, I have a database where the coding is in English and was created on a computer with an English set up / language preference. I now have someone with a French set up / language preference trying to run the queries and it's not working. The error messages appear to point to it being a language issue. One example is a query that is using the "right" function to turn "Employee 123" into "123" as an update query. It won't do it because the SQL shows "right" but the language is looking for "Droite". Any ideas on how to get around this? Thanks

No solution there I think, but some other considerations that you might be faced with. Likely you will have to translate much of the important differences, unless you can convince the user to operate the db under an English locale in Windows.
