    Hi all,

    Just a quick question really and that is how do I get a combo box to display it's list in alphabetical order.

    Thanks

    This is accomplished through a SQL statement in the Row Source property of the combo box:

    SELECT [Table].[Field] FROM Table ORDER BY [Table].
    [Field];

    The key is the Order BY portion.

    or you can go to the query that it references and select "Ascending" in the Sort order. It will update the combo box in your form.
