Update a text box on a form after a user logs by clicking on a field and prompts for a login

    Hello,

I have a PurchaseReqHeader form that has a field for approval. There is a text box named txt_approval in which I have it so that when it is clicked it opens the form tbl_login, which a username and password is requested. This links back to a tbl_login for verification. This is where I am stuck. I need to have the username that was just logged into appear in the text box. txt_approval. Please bare with me my experience is very limited. I will need specific steps.

    Thank you,

Check out Steve Bishop's video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...03jQ_t9nFV737s

In video #56 he creates a login form, #60 is about encrypting passwords. And here's another video of his on the subject: https://youtu.be/DxRpo496w_c
