    Outlook email signatures....

Hi , is there an easy way to attach a users OUTLOOK email signature to an email that is triggered by the "EMailDatabaseObject" macro command within MSACCESS?

I can get all the other fields populated correctly.

I was thinking as a last resort can i store the signature somewhere in Access in a long text format with an image (company logo) and hyperlink (senders email address) and populate the "Message Text" with this when the user sends his email through MSAccess?

    any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    Not with a macro.

If you use Outlook Automation it is relatively simple to create an email with the users default sig in place.

It's not a five minute subject to be honest, however this link will get you started.

Don't be put off by the amount of code.
If you read it carefully you will see it simply setting various Outlook "things", which you may be able to simply ignore for your purposes.

You can also use CDO to send Email without using Outlook.
