Blue Line on all my Access forms

HI there, just noticed i have now have a blue horizontal line on my access documents which wasn't there before. Not sure if an update has caused this or does anyone else had the same problem.

I even tried to redownload the template from ms office and its even on a blank document.

Any help would be gladly appreciated .

    Thanks

Open it in design view. Is the blue line visible? If so delete it.

Looks to me like the buttons are offset.?
That happens to my forms now and again, then rectifies itself.?
The blue line is meant to be at the bottom, below the buttons normally?
