I can not save my access as accde, could not find solution or alternative methods to hide objects

    Hi Everyone,

I have finished my access database project (Access 2016) and now I will share Front End with 30 users by putting my back end to our common network. But I want to make my accdb front end accde firstly to prevent user to reach my design views and macros. When I try to save my access database as accdde it does not accomplish that and gave following pop up message, "Microsoft Access can not create , accdee, mde or .ade file"

Where do I do wrong? I will be appreciated of any help.

Note: I have some VBA codes which is written in forms and modules. They are working properly.

Bob Fitz. I really thanks. I did it and found some wrong codes and corrected them. After that it generated acdde. file. I have another concern. Could you tell if splitted acdde front end will work for many users? In a website I read something that it will work for only one user if you make your database accde.

    Thanks again for helps.

I very much doubt the website said that as its nonsense
    .
However in a split database, each user needs to have their own copy of the FE (whether ACCDE or ACCDB) stored on their own workstation.
Whilst the linked BE is shared, the FE must NEVER be shared or corruption will occur.
