Thanks Paul and thanks again for alerting me via PM.
I'm also now unable to connect to my website other than via archived pages.
Hopefully the Web host can sort it out fairly quickly

    Hi @smg, @welshgasman
I've just got through to my webhost & they have now fixed the issue - incorrect DNS settings - my fault entirely!
I'd be grateful if you could just click the link below and, assuming it works, also click a couple of internal site links.
If you do so, please can you confirm whether it now works again for you
    TIA

Not yet for me, but as I mentioned Virgin DNS servers are very slow to update.
Cannot get to 162.159.129.35 directly as your service prevents it

Just tried on my phone and data instead of wifi and it appears to be up and running. Also tested a few links that worked fine.
I'll wait for Virgin to catch up. :-)

Once I get rid of the Virgin DNS, I can reach the site, so looks like you are all good again?

    Thanks Paul.
I've had confirmation from others also.
I'm also quite pleased that you can't access the IP address directly!

Well that was just to eliminate the Virgin DNS issue?

Excellent. Glad I could help. There's another similar example on that linked webpage...which is now working.
