your db contains no data so there's nothing to create a report from thus I will leave it to you to create.
Very common question with lots of answers by searching on "ms access vba fill report with empty records". Here's one....

Looks like you could use it or something similar.

Copy the db, compact then zip it and post here, or provide some example db that is useful in the way of including a table/query and report that you want to produce. I'm not going to create something from nothing only to have you tell me "that's close, but...". The example given should work for you as it has for many others.

Sorry that you are upset that I'm not willing to help you when you provide nothing to work with.
Obviously it doesn't work for me
The only thing that's obvious to me is that you are not willing to help those who try to help you and you confuse that with condemnation. You are sadly mistaken. Perhaps someone else will step in and spoon feed you, but I'm unsubscribing from this thread.

Micron, too bad you didn't quote his entire message before he XXXXXXXed it out. I saw it and was quite taken aback.

NP. The reply is in the email. The fact that it was deleted says a lot about how inappropriate it must have seemed, even to the author.
For anyone who wants to see it...
Obviously it doesn't work for me, then again, you so not seem to be reading my posts. I think I am done with this forum site, seems this site does not have people willing to help, just people willing to condemn.
