Question In a Query, first record shows all fields, second record only shows some fields.

    HI.

I'm brand new to this stuff.

    I have created two tables.

I have created a query that needs fields from both tables.

Since I'm very new to this, the first table has only 13 records in it, and the second table only has two records in it. (for now!)

When I run the query, the first record shows all fields. But the second record only shows fields from one table.

I would kinda understand if neither record in the query showed fields from both tables, but it sure beats me why one record shows all fields from both tables and the other record only has fields from one table.

Any help you can give this newbie is GREATLY appreciated!!

    Travis

Thank you. Um, I'm sorry to say that my intelligence level is only slightly above that of a rock.

How do I show you the query? I tried copy/paste and I managed to copy the results table, but I suspect that what you want to see is the design view. I can't figure out how to show you that. Please help!!

    THANK YOU.

    select the query, click DESIGN,
take a photo, or click SQL
    post either.

Two overlapping screenshots of the design view, and the results.

Again, any help you can give is very much appreciated!!
