Undefined function in expression

I'm still using Ms Access 2007 and when I'm trying to create form or subform, I get an error message as follow: undefined function in expression.
Then when I'm trying to create a form using the wizard, I get a message: Undefined function AppLoadString in expression. How can I fix this please?
