Add Search Box with Button on Switchboard

    Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since I've used access and am struggling with one problem. On my switchboard I want to have a text box that I can type into and a button that executes the search in a particular field in my form. I want to form to open filtered to any matching records in its normal view (one record per page if that makes sense). Any results I have found by googling this subject has a new form being built to show the results and it shows them all in one page, this is not what I want.

I appreciate any help!!! Thanks in advance!

Look at the DoCmd Openform statement and the WHERE parameter
