    Calculated Column

(for anyone who saw my other post about "IF THEN MATH" for calculating based on value in the date paid field, I have capitulated and added a "AmountPaid" field)

Now my problem is I cant seem to get "= Sum([FineAmount]-[AmountPaid])" to work, I get an error

"Your Query does not include the specified expression 'FinesID' as part of an aggregate function' (see image below)

Can you post a copy of the db. Remove any sensitive data. Compact and Repair. Then zip it and attach the zip file to your post
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.

Just delete the Sum form field's expression and leave only the: TTL: ([FineAmount]-[AmountPaid])
