Use combo box to select records

I have a form which has a list of students. I am trying to create a combo box containing "10";"25";"50";"100" as a value list. I want if a user select 10 to display only 10 records in the form list and at the bottom there should be a button NEXT if clicked to show the next 10 records. Should be like that for 25,50 and 100.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

If you are showing the default navigation buttons on the form, why complicate this? Just mentally add a number to the number shown, enter that value and hit Enter. So if you're on record 10 and want to increment by 15, type in 25 and hit enter.
