Do you have other controls "missing"?
In my version of Access, on my laptop, the controls are shown next to each other in the ribbon, but lack of space means that to see them all I have to "Dropdown" the section showing them.
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.

Hi, Bob!
Thanks for your reaction!
I did "dropdown" for a list of toolbox controls in the new form design screen, but, no "chart" icon was presented in the list.
Maybe the problem is in screen resolution which is chosen on my laptop?
I use 1680x1080 and text size 125%.
I found the "chart" icon in the toolbox list of the report design screen, but, it disappeared after my several attempts to use it in the report design process.
Changing the resolution to the higher one did not help.
Hello, Bob and Isladogs !
Thanks a lot for your reaction !
It helped me to continue and solve the problem !
In the past, I only pressed on the icon to create a new blank form.
Then, I tried to open the toolbox list of icons.
The new form was opened in "Form Veiw" and list of contols was specified for this veiw.
This was my mistake!
I have to continue to the next step and choose "Design View".
In that case, the list of controls in the toolbox changed and the "chart" icon appeared on the list with some new other icons!
