    Payroll Calculation with Access

    Hi Everyone;

    I want to calculate Salary in MS Access DB.
    I prepared 2 Tables
    1- EMP Table

    2- Salary Table

    I want someone to help me in following please.
    1- I need to import data from excel in employee table.
    2- I want to calculate Salary by importing attendance in Salary Table. Salary table will get employee detail from EMP Table and will plot attendance according to column "CNIC"
    ===> my unique value is "CNIC", this will not come again in one calculation.

    The same process will repeat in next month and so on....

    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Waqar

    I ran import queries.
    once all data was in the tables, I ran macros to chop up / calculate the rates,etc.
    the macros would run queries to calc their amounts.

    then produce reports.
