Using query to fill text box

    Hi,

I have a query with five field - Name, Age, Sex, Date of Entry and serial number.

When the query is run, it gives only one record as output.

A form has a button and text boxes. Function of button is to run the query. Is it possible to use the query as a source, to fill the text boxes on this form.

    Thank you in advance.

Bind form to table or query then bind controls to fields. Apply filter criteria to form. Basic Access functionality.

Not really enough information in your post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    Note:
Shouldn't use spaces in object names.
"Name" is a reserved word in Access and shouldn't be used for object names. Also, it is not very descriptive. "Name" of what??
