Access 2016 not enough memory error

When i try and run an operation in an MS Access database i get the error:


"The Linkmasterfields propery settings has produced this error: 'There isn't enough memory to complete the automation object operation on the | object'".
If i run access as administrator i don't get this error but i can't figure out why. Is there a way to fix this error when running the program not as administrator or is there a way for me to make access run as administrator by default?
Worth noting that i only get this error on one pc, the database will work fine on other computers

??? unsure??? Can you identify what is different with that one PC? Version numbers? Updates? Settings?

There are certain registry settings you can tweak that may fix this issue.
For example, try increasing the MaxLocksPerFile and/or MaxBufferSize values in the registry.

You can get this error if you use many subforms on 1 form.
Use 1 subForm,then swap out the underlying query.

also, a complex ,multi join query may do this too.
