    Show payments every month

    Dear gents ,

I have a small tool for managing every month payment .
I made a checkbox besides every record and when i click that check box it sum each value for this record and when it close the form it disappears because i have another Yes/No field that when i click that visible check box it already change value for the hidden one to false.
but the problem now every record have a specific date for the payment , I want to show payments for every record every month based on it's payment date .
I hope i deliver the whole image for getting help.

join the table above to the main tPayment table: select tCheckList,tPayments where
    tCheckList.
    PaymentName =
    tPayments.PaymentName

set criteria so only those checked will show: AND tCheckList.Checked = true
