    How to make a yes and no combo box to send the selected yes to a different form


    Im creating a database for my mothers accounting business, and Im stuck on something. I would like to have a yes or no (completed / not completed) choice where if yes, then it goes to a different form that is considered the finished section, and if no send it to a form that is not finished. Im trying to make it easier for her to see what is done and what needs to be finished. Any help or even some links to this particular question would be greatly appreciated.

    Also on that same note, sometimes her clients need to extend their tax return. Id like to either set up a reminder of the ones coming up to the date, or again like the statement above, put them into a different form. Again any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe if you attach a sample file it could be easier to understand and help you.

    Sounds like something you'd handle with criteria. One method would be to use the wherecondition argument of OpenForm to either open a form to those that are completed or those that are not. That way you only need one form, not two. This type of thing:
