missing form after conversion to accdb

i'm am trying to revive an old database created by our parent company to control maintenance work. but when i converted the original mdb to an accdb , it opens with an error form name m_eff missing or misspelled. when i go to the old computer and search for that for on the original database i don't see it. i'm fairly new to access had some user experience and use to make custom reports to solve issues.

any ideas we are currently using 365 but to make things a little harder the parent company is Italian so most of the form names are in Italian.

presumable this have been set with the display form property (found in File>Options>Current Database) and perhaps it is no longer relevant

Also possible that the previous developer hid some forms/other objects. To see them (if they exist) go to File>Options>Current Database>Navigation options and tick the show hidden objects option.
