    Hi Dave,
    It looks like the actual sender is the website, open the message in Outlook and go to file/properties and look for the From info. Usually when someone fills up a web form that is how it works, the user's email is probably embedded somewhere in form along with the other info like name. You will need to parse the form out to extract that info. Have a look at my other free utility http://forestbyte.com/ms-access-util...rser-importer/ that should get you going (this one also has the code I was mentioning to move the messages from the "to be processed" to the "processed" folder).
