    Linked images do not populate correctly in the PDF export process

    I have a total head scratcher. We have finally achieved image storage outside of Access and they are linked to Access Form.

    The Form shows exactly what the record includes both data and corresponding images.
    However, when I process the Form with multiple records into a PDF, the data fields are correct but the images do not populate properly for each record. The images appear to repeat according to the last record in the file. Again, in the created PDF only, not in the “live” Form view.
    What properties need to be modified in the Form to make sure that the images in the PDF export process populate corresponding to each record?

    Try a report instead of form.

    I have seen this topic before, can't remember how resolved.
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    @June7

    As always, much appreciated. I used the Report approach and in fact, everything - data and images - correspond to each record! Thank you!
