Use the query as the forms Record Source property

The record source is already linked to query. The control source is only following the name.

    I don't understand this.
The control source of WHAT is only following the name of WHAT.
What do you mean by "following".

If you have a query set as the forms' Record Source then you will be able to have a control on the form that is bound to each field in the query using the controls' Control Source property. This will show the results of the query on a form which is what you said you wanted in post #1
