Having Problem to Access Designate In a Single Report Multiple Times.

    Hi Everyone,
Hope you are fine. I am seeking your help.

I have two tables Employee & Designate. I want the following to show in a report.:

    In Footer:
    Manager Name & his designate.
Department Head Name & His Designate.
Final Authority Name & His Designate.

Kindly help me to get different name & designation in footer.

all depends on what your tables look like.

Provide some example data from your tables and from that data what you want to appear on your report

Also help if you clarify what 'designate' means

you could add an extra field to the tEmployee table, to enter the designate

    EmpID, Name, DesignateID
    123, bob, 456
    456, jim, ""

this only works if there is only 1 designate per person, otherwise you need another tDesignate table.
