Question Unable to expand Navigation Pane in a Front/Back system issue

I support Office 365 and have a case where Access data bases are a Front/Back system.
When both are opened, the navigation pane cannot be expanded on the back end, but can be expanded on the front end.
I have tried all 3 methods listed here, with no luck:

Also tried copying both to new versions with same results.

Thank you in advance for any input.

    Hi
You say you've already tried all three methods from my website and that none worked.
You have the dubious honour of being the first person ever to report that outcome.
Can you expand the BE nav pane if you only open that file?

Are you able to post your BE file for someone to look at.
You can remove all the data first as that isn't needed for this purpose

Forgive my mistake, but it's the other way around:

When he opens the FRONT END then the BACK END , he can't expand the NAV Pane on the Front End,
And if he opens the backend by itself, he can expand that nav pane without issues.
If he opens the Front End by itself, he still cannot expand the nav pane, even without opening the backend as well.

Going to try the VBA again to verify with him.
    thank You!

    Still sounds very odd....
You could also try decompiling the FE as that will fix any issues with corrupted code
However if necessary, please upload whatever is needed to check out your issue (FE and/or BE) with any sensitive data removed.

Just spoke with admin- After changing the Scale and resolution of his Monitor, he was able to expand the Nav Pane.
Thank you for your replies and this thread can be closed.

So the dB is split. The BE should be only the tables. The FE should be all objects EXCEPT the tables. The BE tables are/should be linked to the FE.

Just curious, why is there a navigation pane in the BE??
