No idea what you mean by zeros in an automatic increment. Maybe 0001, 0002 or maybe 0000, 00000, 000000...
does this help you figure it out?

Yes, what do you mean by "automatic increment"? An input mask does not increment.

Yes it will be CAMPC/LADE/19-0001 , CAMPC/LADE/19-0002, CAMPC/LADE/19-0003, CAMPC/LADE/19-0004 etc.....No idea what you mean by zeros in an automatic increment. Maybe 0001, 0002 or maybe 0000, 00000, 000000...

not sure what an input mask has to do with incrementing values - are you expecting the user to enter 1,2 3 etc themselves or do you want this to happen automatically? and is every number preceded with CAMPC/LADE/19- or can this vary as well?
You might want to google 'dmax+1' as a way of determining the next number
You might also want to look at the format property
