Can not delete anything on my form

So this seems like my form has corrupted in some way or I have reached my limit. I started moving some text boxes to another form but now I can not go back and delete the ones I no longer need on the other form. I tried to export and import the new file to a blank database and I get a No Current Record error message. Is there any way to save this form or will I be forced to restart it? Thank you for your time.

forms can have a limit to adding, but you should be able to delete items.
you should be able to create a blank form, copy from the original, and paste into the new blank.

Yeah I am not sure why I can not copy and paste the form into a different database. I am now just copying over the groups of controls I have to a new blank form which will replace the broken one.
