    Report group issue

    Hi, It has been many years since I have used access and I have started using it again in Office365. I am trying to create a report that groups by a particular text field. I have tried it directly against the table and against a query but it won't let me use the field to group. I have tried the report wizard and the manual grouping method.

    In the wizard, it allows me to group by 3 of the five fields, the two I want to group by already shown in the right hand window, but I can't group by them.

    Alternatively, if I try and group within the report, the two fields are not available.

    Any help appreciated.

    If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
