What do you mean by drag?

You import objects between databases using the external data tab on the ribbon.

yes, i was a jackass i forgot this option
however, by drag i mean when you click and hold on an object in navigation pan and drag it to the navigation pane of another database. Till a couple of months ago i was able to do that, now it's impossible

Just retested in the current version of Access 365 and in Access 2010
You can still drag database objects from the navigation pane of one database to another. No changes have occurred to this feature.

OK - Sorry but I can't replicate your issue.
