Access 2010How to delete parameter value prompt when field doesn't appear in design or sql view

I am getting prompted to Enter a Parameter Value for a field that does not display in either design view or SQL. I am using Access 2010. Is there another way to display that would show the field prompting?

Is this a prompt you want to eliminate or you want it to show in the query output?

I presume parameter is on Criteria row. You could also calculate a field with parameter on Field row. But why?

I never use dynamic parameterized query.

perhaps you have previously filtered or sorted on this field and it is still sitting there in the query properties

Field could also be referenced in a combobox rowsource string.

Thanks all, I will investigate combobox rowsource string and query sorting.
