Looking to Learn Hoe to Email and Invite to a meeting from Access

    Hey Guys,

I am new to all the access, SQL, Macros, and VBA. I am building a database from scratch to help stream line some process.
The main goal is to cut time on the scheduling I do. I schedule physicians and have to send outlook invites. If i can combine that to access it will cut down on a lot of time switching from application to application.
Can any one help me? or give me some tips?

    All will be greatly appreciated.

Well, you may be jumping in at the deep end. You can automate Outlook from Access, many of us do it all the time. Personally I haven't needed appointments with invitees, but found this pretty quickly:

Though the SendKeys line seems goofy. Outlook automation is the concept you want to search on.
