How can I link a table containing 3 fields to 3 different entries in a second table

I have a parishioners table and a baptismal table.
In the baptismal table I was going to add 3 fields containing the parishioners Ids for the child, father and mother entries from the parishioners table.
How do I create a link between the two tables to reflect this?

You add the parishioners table 3 times and link each field to a different instance of it. Access will add a default alias of parishioners_1 which you can change to be more descriptive.

Thanks Paul. When a query is run against the Parishioners table will access automatically sort out the different instances of that table?

It should, presuming the joins are correct.
