Update Query with a datasheet Subform

    Hello!

Would someone be willing to look at the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j20VNXFHqSI and tell me if I can do this with a datasheet subform. If not, how could I accomplish the same thing.

    Thank you!

Could but probably shouldn't. Saving aggregate data is usually unnecessary and bad design. Balances should be calculated from raw data transaction records when needed. Review http://allenbrowne.com/AppInventory.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
